Presentation

Every day architects, townplanners, landscaping architects conclude not only that their practice must be part of the competences they are exercising at regional level but also that there is a need to promote widely their skills.

ARIB - Architects in Brussels - brings together the energies of both the associations active in the Brussels-Capital Region, which are the basis of its creation and those of the unaffiliated architects and townplanners, with the concern of defending their practice.

Both the associations and the individual architects and townplanners can therefore become members. Included in the regional movement and supported by the international influence of the European capital, it ensures to give a wide publicity of the concerns of its members, to inform them, to support their training as well as to promote their professional practices both in Brussels and abroad.

By its statutes and the will of its members, ARIB is resolutely open, multicultural and multilingual, in order to represent a portal for all all these professionals operating in the Brussels-Capital Region.

Associated with the UWA - Union Wallone des Architectes - and BVA – Beroepsvereniging van Architecten - within the FAB - Fédération des sociétés d’Architectes de Belgique - ARIB also operates internationally with such institutions as UIA - Union Internationale des Architectes - and ACE - Architects Council of Europe.
